What’s the fascination with Brian Flores? Yeah, he went to super bowls … as a linebackers coach. His head coaching career was with the dolphins where he went a total 24 - 25 over 3 seasons. And the vikings defense has been good but nothing to negate the fact that he has a 24-25 head coaching career.

Say what you will about Chris Shula. Yes he is a defensive minded coach but he went toe to toe with one of the best offensive minds in the NFL and won. Shula is a 20 year head coach.
