<@Sagdog> maybe you should switch your allegiance to the Packers if you are so unhappy. There is a handful of GMs out there who are amazing at their job. Some are good. But most are trash and run their organizations in to the ground. The way I see it, Poles has OBJECTIVELY not ran the bears into the ground. Instead built them up to compete. From getting LUCKY with the <#1> pick and getting Caleb on top of a few other good players. To not giving up high picks to move up in the draft and sacrificing the future. He deserves the extension to be aligned with his HC and provide that stability that this team needs. Especially with them moving to a new stadium.
OBJECTIVELY this is a great decision by the team brass, who by the way are a bunch of morons.
