Promising rookie wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr.
is forecasted to become the Denver Broncos' no.
1 target in the season's second half.
Despite only having 14 targets in the season's first eight games, he has 11 receptions for 246 yards and a touchdown, making him the third-highest receiver on the team and the only player to record a 100-yard game this season.
Broncos head coach Sean Payton admits that the coaching staff should give Mims more opportunities given his ability and talent.
The 21-year-old Mims' increased involvement and big-play ability could provide a boost to the Broncos' offense, which currently ranks 28th in the NFL in passing yards.
