The Chargers are hiring Western Michigan DC Chris O’Leary as their next defensive coordinator per @AdamSchefter.
O’Leary reunites with the Chargers after coaching safeties under Jesse Minter in 2024, and previously worked as Notre Dame’s secondary coach under Marcus Freeman.
