Who is this guy? Tyreek will recover like the injury never happened. 31 yo is not old or aging for his position, 34-35 sure. Tyreek even losing 5/10 of a second as he ages is still faster than 75% of receivers and 85% of DB’s in the league. Reality is he doesn’t lose that much speed. Next, his football acumen and ability to create attention and separation does nothing but help the Chiefs. Lastly, he will be ready to go by somewhere around the start of the season, he may miss the 1st month so early October at the very latest. A ACL tear with modern procedures is minuscule. Not only that, the PT, stem cell, chamber treatments and radio wave therapies he has access to make the injury, surgery and recovery window even less worrisome.
