I think it’s absolutely up for debate. They have been a top 5 offense basically every year since Josh became Josh. They were 3rd or 4th year with a constantly injured receiving group (including Kincaid). They added DJ Moore and brought on board the OC from Drew Bree’s tenure in NO. Cook is still cook and the O line is going to be solid again. They absolutely are one of the contenders for best offense in the league, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they average 30+.
