Roberto Duran, a boxing legend, experienced only one true knockout loss in his storied career which came at the hands of Thomas Hearns.
Despite a career record of 103-16, Duran was rendered unconscious by Hearns during their super welterweight world title bout after being dropped twice in the first round and ended with a devastating right hook in the second round.
Hearns, known as 'The Hitman', later expressed that Duran's style was perfectly suited for him, which played a significant role in his ability to achieve the knockout.
