William Zepeda maintained his undefeated record with a split decision victory over Tevin Farmer in an interim world title fight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, despite being knocked down in the fourth round.
The fight was closely contested, with two judges scoring 95-94 in favor of Zepeda and one scoring in favor of Farmer.
Due to the bout's competitive nature, a rematch is scheduled for March 29th, 2025, in Mexico.
The fight is promoted by Oscar De La Hoya, and a victory could position Zepeda for a potential matchup against WBO World Lightweight champion, Keyshawn Davis.
