Arturo Gatti is best known for his epic trilogy with Micky Ward, but he also had other significant fights, such as his 1996 showdown with Wilson Rodriguez, where he retained his IBF super featherweight title by knockout in one of the best 130lb fights ever.
Despite being knocked down early, Gatti managed to stop Rodriguez with a left hook in the sixth round.
After his battles with Ward, Gatti continued to fight, including a match against Floyd Mayweather, and even teamed up with Ward as his trainer later in his career.
