the only way to fix it is having consequences for poor play, like being excluded from next year's all star weekend or something, and a big fat reward for winning. the format doesn't matter if the players don't care to try. it's pathetic that these grown men have to be pushed so hard to care about doing their job for the fans that pay a ton of money to see them
