Erik Ezukanma, a rising star from last year, has largely been absent this season, leaving fans wanting more.
After making strides in learning the wide receiver position under Dolphins Coach, Mike McDaniel, and wide receivers coach, Wes Welker, Ezukanma was put on the Non-Football Injury (NFI) list following a re-aggravated neck injury he originally sustained at Texas Tech.
This move meant that Ezukanma couldn't participate in a game or practice for four weeks and couldn't join the active roster until the eighth week.
Unfortunately, Dolphins fans would have to wait another season to see Ezukanma’s capabilities during the regular season.
