The Raiders, Jets and Browns have quietly built themselves strong foundations to compete. The Browns aced the last two drafts. If they manage to get a high pick in next years draft and get there quarterback they will have a strong young offense and one of the top defense. The Jets are in the same boat but a bit weaker but they also have 3 1sts next year. The raiders just need a star wr and strong LT. I’d love to see all of these franchises turn it around
