Mike McDaniel should not take over a worse roster he will ruin every chance at a HC spot for the rest of his coaching career if he takes this. Take a solid team or smartest, go back to being an OC for a year with Lions and save yourself

If I’m him, it’s Ravens or nothing. He’s dealt with incompetent ownership for years, if he doesn’t get the Baltimore job he should OC for the Lions and wait for a better opening next year.
