I feel like none of you watched a single fkn game. When the oline was healthy first several games Herbert had time to wait for QJ to make it downfield. Herbert past several weeks is scrambling the literal second he gets the ball, so of course Ladd and gasden are getting short work throws….4

dude, he's like wr9 or wr 14 or some shit and was injured not long ago and is easing back in, and the script was 100% more positive for short and mid throws for Ladd and oronde lol. there's gonna be TONS of weeks allen and qj have more than those two it really depends on script. one thing we know is Herbert is one of the few qbs who could probably have 3 or 4 targets get 1000 yards in one season.

ladds* also orondes Keenan is also a short to middle guy. in game where they play weaker secondaries and teams that force them deep or to air raid the ball out qj will be wr1. this is how a good team uses 4 great weapons lol qj is absolutely still the wr1 on paper. end of season I doubt Ladd will have more points per catch than qj, maybe more volume some weeks but doubtful he paces qj the whole year. halfway through the year qj ranks 1st or 2nd on the team still lol
