Their main issue is their front office and coaching staff. Brandon Beane had done nothing in terms of stacking that team like some of the other top teams, and his draft hit rate isn’t high enough. Sean McDermott is just stale and his hirings aren’t great.
The absolute worst part though, is that the teams whole identity is just Josh Allen. They put all of their eggs in the Josh Allen basket. They’re lazy with scheming, not creative and don’t draft or acquire any star talent on the offensive side of the ball (Cook is overrated, yes), because they just expect Josh to bail them out every time.
