I believe the underlying hidden question that's implied here isn't this vs that but instead is win now or youth potential.
Dynasty format same team QB/RB isn't ideal, kiss of death? Maybe! But this pairing is a win-now approach.
Ward / Hampton is the youth movement that stimulates the future build.
IMO: Without the knowledge of your remaining roster, I'm in on the win-now aspect of Baker & Bucky.
Side note: The B&B trade market might not be higher than this year again.
