I think it has more to do with the fans, idk I have ever seen josh throw a fit or cuss about reffs like I've seen rodgers brady or mahomes. I think fans were all complaining because it always seems like kc gets the benefit of the doubt weather it's true or not. so to mitigate this they are taking the guess work out of it and now there will be no more complaints.
