I’m commissioner of our 12 team family and friends league. At our draft party each year we do a schoolyard style draft where the 2 division winners from the year before draft what league members they want in their division, the division with the most points at the end of the year wins the Divisional Championship. Starting this year each member of the winning division would be able to have 1 keeper the following year, no 1st round picks would be able to be kept Is this a good idea or an op reward
