Boston is.
Cooper is not passing Garrett Wilson anytime soon. At best in 3 years Cooper can be a Devonta Smith to Wilson’s AJ Brown from Philly last year. But do you really think the jets will score enough for their 2nd (or 3rd…) WR to be relevant even 3 years from now?
We still dont know if Boston is better than KC. They were closer draft picks than many people realize and Boston easily could come out a bit surprising this year on top of KC as the one in Cleveland and crush.
