whatever you used for your year 1 rules and however guys were able to manipulate the IR moves on/off is how it should be for the off season
If someone got Tyreek there and he’s still there then he should be able to keep him there. If he wasn’t on and now the guy can’t get him on he shouldn’t be able to put him on1
