also this is time of yr people start doing this. utilize maxpf for non playoff teams to determine draft order. that takes into account bench and taxi squad player points

If they're out of playoff contention, i have no issues with tanking for a 1st round pick. That's their choice. They paid for a 4 year experience. play your team how you want.

Using max potential points will limit this but it still is bad form to give someone a free win because you don't set a lineup.
Warning first then every week they do it they lose a spot of draft position. On third time doing it they are removed from the league and commish sets lineup for the offending team.4
