Im running a league and currently using rolling waivers. How does FAAB bidding work? Im assuming everyone is assigned the same amount of money at the start of the season. If you bid on a player on waivers and don't have the highest amount do you lose that amount or do you get it back? And once you are out of money are you still allowed to pick up players on waivers for $0 if available?
