I’m starting a dynasty this year and I’m first overall pick but I’ve only done regular FF before. Any thoughts on how I should draft and who I should take first ?

First overall pick, assuming it’s SF, is either Josh Allen or Jayden, either is a great pick. If it’s 1QB then I’d probably say it’s Chase

Try and trade back if you can to the end of the round. The 1.01 for the 1.12/2.01 is usually seen as fair and gives you 3 picks in the top 24.
If you can’t get that then Allen, Lamar or Daniels are the first 4 off the board in Superflex. In 1QB you want a young elite WR - Chase is the go to atm.
