Who should I draft at 1.02 and 1.05 in a SF TEP dynasty league?

Hampton at 1.02. RB with 1st rd draft capital does not happen often and when it does, it separates them from the other guys. Look at all the 1st rd RB in the last decade and you tell me what you think about their production.
As for 1.05, I’d lean Judkins or Henderson if they’re available.
