I would take Rome here. The first two picks will probably be Jeanty and Hampton, so unless you need a running back I want Rome. I think the 1.03 straight up would be even, but might as well try for the 2.02 as well. Rookie fever kicks in so who knows what could happen

your not asking way to much I don't think, and remember in a rebuild you have the control in the majority of trades, the other owners are likely buying for win now and you can and should take your time, don't be unreasonable but get what you want for a player or just pass on the trade1
