Not a big fan of Tet’s film. I rank Hunter over him if full time WR. My focus this years’ rookie draft is RB and TE. But to answer your question he is much better than the two players you mentioned. It’s a thin WR class so he will get top 15 draft capital giving him a very long leash to perform as a top end WR.
