Honestly think both are heavily overvalued, but that’s just my personal opinion. Here I’d lean Rice. Somewhat because of the pick, and also cuz I think he has upside and a higher ceiling. Both have significant downside

I’d go Higgins here personally. We have a decent idea of what Tee gives us and I’m not a huge fan of the variability of Rice post injury and legal issues.1
