I don't know who you will draft with the early first that will be as good as Ladd, and getting rid of Ladd hurts your roster more than adding adding a rookie RB will help it, your RB room is solid and your receiver room isn't bad with Ladd, Wilson has Fields as a quarterback, I expect his stats to suffer, I don't expect Terry to repeat last season and I like Shakir as a number three receiver or flex at worst, so... I would hold Ladd
