Keep Nico or try to get more for him as far as picks. Up until last year, Chuba was a JAG, I'm low on Brown and I don't know what will be there for you to replace Nico at 1.07. Unless you had a shot at Tet or Burden to replace him, I just don't see how you come out ahead on this trade. Nico is the only player of worth in this deal and maybe Brown, you are kind of watering down your roster for a 1.07 IMO.
