top 15 assuming Kupp stays healthy. could also see some decline in targets since LA now has 2 solid options at RB and could lean on the run more

Premier talent, but I would be leery of dropping a high 1st rd pick on Puka in redraft. Puka is who I want in dynasty leagues though. Kupp's cliff is coming hard and fast imo, though he has a serious shot of smashing it this year.
