Brissett will be without two of his top pass catchers in T.Y. Hilton (calf) and Parris Campbell (hand) if active. Still, the mouth-watering matchup against the Dolphins' 32nd-ranked defense in pass DVOA would be tough for fantasy owners to pass up if Brissett manages to suit up. The Colts have functioned as one of the league's most run-heavy offenses, but Brissett has still managed to throw multiple touchdowns in five of his seven full games.
