Though Kaleb made the blunder, this is 100% on the coaches for putting out A ROOKIE that wasn't fully trained in returns. They should be embarassed.

look im no expert but Kaleb's college resume didn't show he had much experience returning kickoffs, if anything I blame the coach for thinking that was a good idea
