Chiefs dont have the money lol. Even after restructuring Mahomes contract to take $43 mill off they were STILL $11 mill OVER the cap & then let Danna go & are STILL $2 mill OVER ... without Kelce signed either. ETN knows this his chance to get paid very nicely & hes 27. Look for him to sign a 2-3 year deal in the top 10ish RB range per year (about $9-12 mill a year with $10-15 guaranteed)..... he has been making an average of $4 mill a year the last 4 years ($16 mill with signing bonuses & $6 mill of thst was this past season)
But now watch they are gonna restructure Jones contract & keep kicking the can down rhe road. We'll as a Saints fan i can say it seems pretty cool when its happening thinking maybe they found a loophole .... but the toll comes due my friends. My Saints pushed it to compete at the ends of Brees's career & after that huge influx of talent in the '17 draft (Saints legit had 1 of the best drafts of all time) .... & then we had so much dead cal money for 3 or 4 years we had no chance of truely competing no matter what. Had to let go of or trade soooo much depth & talent.
Well sorry for rambling lol.... but its coming .... Mahomes by himself will be close to a $100 mill cap it 👀. The cap is $300 mill total, thats 1 guy taking up a third of it 👀.

The Chiefs are mocked to draft Love. As a Etienne owner that would completely suck if he went there too, since I have the 1.01.
