Metchie is taking the last spot Young vouched for him and the OC wanted to bring in someone that Young has confidence with…. Add the fact the city needs to start paying on the permit build with the Panthers for their new state of the art data center stadium …. Put the house on Panthers going to the playoffs again for the NFLs playoff footprint to bring in $$$$
