The 49ers are not at fault here. Until Aiyuk himself applies for reinstatement, his contract is locked, and no transactions can be made. The 49ers literally CANNOT cut him right now, based on the current CBA. The ball is in Aiyuk's court and he has apparently stabbed it with a knife and then complained about why it will no longer bounce.

People act like they’ve never seen some prima donna wide receiver with a bad attitide that feels he’s been disrespected by “his quarterback” or “the owner” or “the oc” or whatever, gets traded or cut, then lands somewhere and completely rips the league apart with a vengeamce fueled by his anger and rage.
