you dont pay 17 guaranteed to just a blocking te. McDaniels wants a two way guy so you don't have to personnel your play calling up. Teams don't get the luxury of knowing run or pass if you have a guy that can do both. They paid kolar that money knowing what they have or dont in orande. Organizational commitment probably is more telling than previous usage here.
