If anyone is curious why he keeps getting elevated, cut and re-signed on repeat — practice squad guys can get elevated a max of 3 games in a season, but if they’re “cut” that resets and they get 3 more elevations if re-signed to the PS. It’s a cheap loophole to keep extra depth around while paying the bare minimum $. He’s gonna keep getting demoted on Mondays yet still be active the next Sundays.
