Obviously in shallow leagues he’s a cut but the QB play on Cleveland was so atrocious, it’s very, very hard to evaluate a WR of his profile. It’s no surprise the TE was basically their WR1. I believe he’s a hold. Year 3 breakouts are totally a thing, I wouldn’t cut him for a random 3rd lr 4th round rookie. If at the end of this season he’s a nothingburger, then ok.
