It makes the most sense to give him another year if we bring in a rookie QB

If you dont play him as a QB play him like Taysom Hill. He can contribute and be good even if you dont wanna let him pass. Use his speed, let him get some open field stuff, see what you have before you just sit his speed on the bench.
