A WR that Rodgers trusts is pretty big.

I posted this on his other update but I’ll post here for those who haven’t read it yet.
Another start gentlemen!
Week 5 is Colts at Steelers, Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. This secondary is softer than Cleveland’s, and the hole is the slot AGAIN.
Indianapolis starts Sauce Gardner and Charvarius Ward outside, Justin Walley in the nickel, with Cam Bynum and A.J. Haulcy at safety. Lou Anarumo does not travel Sauce. He kept Walley in the slot against Zay Flowers in Week 1 rather than shadow. They played a lot of man early (56% in Week 1) and were already at about 26% Cover 1 and 30% Cover 3 through three weeks. That matters, because defenses are manning the Steelers up at a league-high 49% rate, and Rodgers has been bad against it.
Team coverage splits are lopsided. The Colts are allowing 9.8 yards per target to wide receivers, 8.0 outside and 12.1 in the slot. Outside is fine. The nickel is the leak.
Roman Wilson stays in the slot, which puts him on Walley. That is the soft spot. Thursday he was 3 for 74 and a score on 6 targets, his second straight touchdown, but only 30% of snaps and 40% of routes. Germie Bernard played 41%. Efficiency is real. Playing time is not.
