Came into camp around 70% conditioning & leg strength wise bc he couldnt do any work for 2 months after the knee clean up surgery he had in mid May.
He was about 80-85% when camp closed. Hes prpbably getting close to 90%. Has 2 more weeks. He was open multiple plays friday night just didnt get the ball.
He may not play quite his normal snaps the first 2 or 3 weeks (normally plays aroind 70-85%ish ..... probably will play around 55-65% those first 2-3 weeks) but still should get plenty of usage.

Rice is gonna be top 10 easily it’s more about where in the top 10 we never seen a fully healthy rice since rookie and he didn’t even get the ball till second half. Rice is a td magnet gimme rice for 12 tds this year if fully healthy
