Lol this was common sense. Would have already happened if they were gonna extend him before the season. Long as he plays how he has since his snaps went up wk 12 of his rookie season (been a top 5ish WR over his 20+ games since then) they will give him a 2-3 year extension on a good discount for the Chiefs (just like they did Tyreek).
Mahomes cap hit goes up to almost $100 mill in '27..... getting a top 6-10 WR for a discount is exactly what they need.
