AI slop. He was hurt. He was RB34 playing half the season. Look at the games he played. Top ranked RB in nearly all of those games. Garbage AI slop.

Let's say Gainwell finishes next year with 1000 scrimmage yards and 8-10 TDs, and Bucky stays fresh and replicates what he did his rookie year at full health... is it a huge concern? Or are Bucky fans happy he was able to stay fresh and healthy all year? Because that's literally what Rachad White did in 2024 and pretty much what Gainwell did last year. To me personally, it's not a concern and it's getting overblown. But that's just me lol

Hilarious that they think he’s going to have a diminished role. The kid has been splitting time his whole short career and had injuries last year thus him either not playing or getting limited touches when he came back. Not concerned in the least bit

Gainwell doesn’t bother me as much as Tucker does. I think Gainwell will be in 30-40% of the time. I’m afraid Tucker eats into the early down as the season goes on

Fair enough - I don't want to hold his injury against him especially assuming he'll be 100% healthy, but they paid Gainwell the 3rd highest off-season contract for RBs and signed him quick after cutting ties with White. Maybe he's just filling White's role, but maybe... just maybe, the Bucs are somewhat worried about Bucky's ability to stay on the field with 15+ touches per game. We shall see soon 🤝

No, I completely see where youre coming from and am praying for that kind of scenario to play out. However, last year, almost 55% of Buckys fantasy production came in the passing game. Tucker vultured RZ opportunities, and Bucky averaged under 4ypc, which is like 1.5yds or so under his rookie year. If he can't get his efficiency back up and he loses just a conservative 25% of the pass work to Gainwell and most of the RZ opps to Tucker... he WILL NOT be in RB1 territory. That's something to wonder about, isnt it?

Its a legit concern tho 🤦 I genuinely think many people are underestimating Gainwell and how he'll be utilized in this backfield, obviously at some expense to Bucky's opportunities.
