the hiarcy of these team's and coaches is based on player salary and draft positions then to simply who's been on team longer... seniority... it's stupid... it's a game and competition that any sane person bases on performance and outcome... these day's they bring in talent as insurance to the position as opposed to strengthening the position backasswards....
