We got a lot of work by good referral . We cannot afford to let that get ruined

Exactly. And that is SO valuable to our business; that: it’s more worth to turn Away work and therefore potential profit; rather than to have our whole business ruined by tainted reputation

I just dont get how people survive on 500 to 800 a month

We had to fire several workers. I actually started working during the summertime doing bookkeeping and caught onto the fact that someone who was before doing officework was siphoning money out of the account secretly

Fucked up shit man

We’ve tried several times hiring : and each time has just not planned out at all. Recently we tried giving a young kid a chance but I think he was still battling addiction and kept coming up with excuses to not show up for work etc

Not to mention the fact that our work doing chimneys and roofing is both dangerous and skilled. So it’s doubly difficult

It's always good to know that people like us still exist. That's how I win my staff over 100% of the time. I'm there to get dirty not micromanage
