Maybe one compromise that could be made with the shorter benches & only 1 IR spot is to allow a “doubtful” player to be placed on IR… That way if a player gets hurt you can place him on IR during the week and can make a waiver pickup to plan accordingly as if that player is going to miss the following game….

Again, cash, I didn’t make up this rule haha. These are Costco’s leagues. Luck is hoarding every player on your roster. Skill is knowing and navigating a small bench. It makes decisions harder. That’s the fun of fantasy.

@steelcityz this would avoid a lot of suffering on Sunday mornings when that player is ultimately ruled out And hopefully avoid teams starting a player that is out if they have the week before to prepare via waivers

I was so excited about the Costco leagues honestly it's my favorite part of fantasy football and I'm very disappointed and sad about this but there's nothing I can do about it

That’s not true. Board votes on an idea/ rule change, and must pass with 2/3 votes. So it’s not just 1 person getting their preference. Please remember that I could have opted to not even open up board seats. lol it could have been just me making decisions willy nilly. 😂

End of the day. These changes are minor compared to other would be changes. Ie : draft type, super flex, etc

I love superflex and I'm just very opinionated and have strong common sense. Or I should say unique sense. I've worked for three companies the last 3 years and tripled all of their businesses so I just sort of have a thing about being the idea guy. It's my thing. I'm very happy right now in life and everything's going great and honestly Costco leagues was my favorite thing of all fantasy football it was the best thing since sliced bread

Twin and I turned down Costco’s third round reversal idea, and Costco shot down my .5PPR idea. Not just one of us making choices.

This is not going to be a reason this league falls apart. We will endure some change, try new things, and fantasy will continue to be a great escape from the real worlds troubles.
