Somehow, I see this happening at the most in opportune time. Like final drive, 10-second runoff stuff. Calling it now Scenario 1: Team X has no timeouts but now has extra time to get set for a final play. Team Xwins. Scenario 2: Team Y forced to spend there final timeout to save runoff. Team Y doesn't get set fast enough. time runs out. Team Y loses.
Donât give defenses a 15 yard penalty for it and no need for replay assist
Receivers learned to pick up PI itâs pretty much the same.

Make it for every call. Have another ref who is always watching replays and who reverse bad calls.
These personal foul penalties have to be reviewable like CFB targeting.

How do people think this will reduce bad calls? Itâs just going to mean more bogus calls for Mahomes, not less.
