you can have 100,000 rules on the books, and it's still under the referee's discretion when it comes to replays. Mahomes will still get the benefit of the doubt

As a chiefs fan, I know that we sometimes can the benefit of these calls but I do agree that the refs do TOO much sometimes. This is a great addition!
