James cook is 2 years younger but in the life of a RB that’s a long time. Pass catching is also a strength for Cook over Jacobs. Jacobs has better rushing ability imo but fell off last year. Zamir white had no problem when he took over in that raider offense

as long as jacobs is a packer i think jacobs will outscore cook
cook is more of a RB12-15 i can see jacobs finishing inside the top ten
also i forgot to mention too the packers have reported they are gonna try to get jacobs more involved in the passing game
