Dynasty 12 PPR A. Josh Jacobs and 2027 1st Or B. James Cook

AngryD 1 year ago

James cook is 2 years younger but in the life of a RB that’s a long time. Pass catching is also a strength for Cook over Jacobs. Jacobs has better rushing ability imo but fell off last year. Zamir white had no problem when he took over in that raider offense

xHappyx 1 year ago

ik jones was hurt often but he was still a very good back

ThomasOBrien 1 year ago

He’s also 29

ThomasOBrien 1 year ago

It’s clearly all a matter of preference lol @AngryD just go with your gut bro. I would take the cook side. Don’t think it’s wild to say that

AngryD 1 year ago

I’m leaning cook side. I have Jacobs and could see it being a fun year with him but it’s tough either way for me

xHappyx 1 year ago

and not for nothing but i dont agree with a lot of @ThomasOBrien 's takes 😂

AngryD 1 year ago

Appreciate the input from both of you, at the end of the day it’s just fantasy football and we are allowed to disagree lol

ThomasOBrien 1 year ago

Yeah everyone is allowed to have an opinion lol

I don’t think jacobs our scores cook anymore in his career. 2027 is a far ways away id take took

xHappyx 1 year ago

as long as jacobs is a packer i think jacobs will outscore cook

xHappyx 1 year ago

cook is more of a RB12-15 i can see jacobs finishing inside the top ten

xHappyx 1 year ago

also i forgot to mention too the packers have reported they are gonna try to get jacobs more involved in the passing game

ThomasOBrien 1 year ago

You could be right. Do any of us really know? lol

xHappyx 1 year ago

take that for what its worth but interesting to note

crb2121 1 year ago

@AngryD I don't think there's a definite argument for either side on this one. Jacobs 2 years ago was the rushing leader, but last year was not great at all. I think he can thrive in GB. Likewise, I think Cook will still be a beast for the Bills. Davis will probably take goal line and some touches, but Cook's role was limited and he was still RB12 last year. I would probably go with A, just because I love having picks and I don't think the difference in value is all that much between the two. Could see an argument for both sides though

ThomasOBrien 1 year ago

That’s your opinion lol for people who thinks jacobs isn’t great anymore they would disagree

xHappyx 1 year ago

if jacobs wasnt great anymore i once again question why the packers signed him to a 4 year deal 😂

xHappyx 1 year ago

and moved on from a franchise rb theyve had for a while

Jacobs > Cook straight up, adding a first is wild

Billsarethebest 1 year ago

@Townies1 Jacobs was so bad last year and you saying you would take Jacobs over a top 12 running back in James Cook is unbelievable dumb and no questions you knowing anything about football!

@Billsarethebest Jacobs literally had a higher PPG than cook last year lmao
